We may provide consultation, qualification, proposal coordination, project facilitation, and administrative support services.
Solar system design, engineering, permitting, installation, and physical construction services are performed by independent third-party licensed contractors and builders (“Third-Party Installers”). CHAMPION GD GROUP does not directly perform installation or construction services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use our Services.
4. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; comply with all laws; and refrain from any conduct that harms the Company or other users.
5. Payments and Refunds
Pricing and payment terms will be disclosed prior to purchase. Unless explicitly stated, all fees are non-refundable.

All content, materials, and resources are the exclusive property of CHAMPION GD GROUP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any warranties, guarantees, workmanship obligations, or performance representations relating to installation services are provided solely by the Third-Party Installer under their separate agreement.
14. No Professional Engineering, Legal, or Financial Advice
Information provided by CHAMPION GD GROUP is for consultation and coordination purposes only. We do not provide licensed engineering, tax, legal, or financial advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals before making decisions regarding system design, financing, tax credits, or incentives.
15. Installation & Performance Disclaimer
System performance, energy output, savings estimates, permitting timelines, inspections, and utility interconnection approvals depend on factors outside our control, including weather conditions, structural conditions, local regulations, and Third-Party Installer performance.
We do not guarantee specific energy savings, approval timelines, or utility incentives unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
16. Limitation of Liability for Installation Services
CHAMPION GD GROUP shall not be liable for construction defects, delays, workmanship issues, or damages arising from installation services performed by Third-Party Installers. Any claims related to physical installation must be directed to the installing contractor.
